I would like to congratulate the Auburn Tigers I'm a big Florida State fan but I know who the best team was this year the Tigers were clearly the best team and in my mind and many others the real national champions were the tigers. I Watch the tigers very close this year. Not only did politics mess up the national title but it screwed up the Heisman race also Jason Campbell was clearly the best player in football this year. When are people going to realize pac-10 and big12 is minor leagues compared to sec and acc.

The rantings and ravings on this site are a joke. Honestly, you have no idea how powerful a team USC is. Remember, USC was supposed to be down this year. All we did in a down year was run the table and crush OU. Any delusions of grandeur you have about facing us are laughable. Do you really want a third beating in three years? Well the AP, USA Today/Coaches and the BCS says that Southern Cal is the champ. There is no debate. Live with it and move on. I understand your frustrations because this will be Auburn last shot at a title for a long time since they're losing most everyone that made their team good (the same personnel, mind you, that had gotten spanked by SC in '02 and '03). Without a schedule that drops the Louisianna-Monroes, Citadels, Colorado States and BYU's and replaces them w/ games against other BCS Conferences teams; and without a playoff at the end of the year, there will always be controversy. Until that time comes we have the BCS and the AP to deal with and both say that the University of Southern California is the National Champs. FIGHT ON!!!!!

I can't find the 2006 Auburn Schedule. I really want to know who they play. The schedule next year is solid with GA. Tech, Southern Miss. and Ball State. Being in the military its hard to keep up with the SEC and Auburn. I happened across your site about a year ago. I love it! I check it everyday. I grew up in Troy, and have family that are Auburn graduates. There is nothing that compares to the best conference in the nation. I will forever be an auburn tiger! When you go into a game with hopes of playing for the National Championship you have to be able to stop a team that has all the injuries that Bama has. You people have to understand that Bama was playing with their third string QB. and their second string tailback and to top that off Britt was about 60%. Cavan was out. You went up against the # 2 defense and didn't prove much. I thought at one time Auburn might should play for the Championship but, I think Bama spoiled it for them.

WAKE UP DUDE - the injuries were on offense, and not defense.  Bama's defense has been ranked first or second nationally ALL YEAR!

All this BCS crap is pissin me off. Auburn is one of the most under rated teams. First off they're in the toughest conference, the SEC, 2nd who has USC played this year that has been ranked, only 2 teams, and if you recall Stanford almost pulled the upset of the year. Oklahoma and Auburn both have played 3 ranked teams with many tough, unranked teams. BCS needs to get their stats right and put Auburn where they belong. At the # 1 Spot

First Off I want to thank the coaching staff for the great leadership through this great season. And all you young men that contributed your talents to this years success. Many of you will go on to the pro football and become even more famous than you are right now. I believe many of you young men have come to know Christ as your Savior. Maybe through the leadership of Rev. Chip Williams, the teams Chaplain. Please don't ever forget the one he pointed you too, Christ Jesus The Lord. I am so proud of you guys. I wish I could hug each one of you and thank you personally, but that's not possible. I had a stroke during surgery back in August 15, 2001. I can only maneuver about with the aid of a power wheel chair. God has been so good to me. I have been an Auburn fan since 1937. I am now and old man of 75 years.
